The Party symbol is a pot, enclosed in two circles with the Party name and Slogan written within the two circles. The Pot represents fertility and the potential for new life and growth.

HONOURING those who have heroically struggled to bring freedom and justice to our country
through the spirit of honest, transparent and accountable political leadership;
RECOGNIZING the aspirations of all Kenyans for a Government based on the principles of
Liberty, Democracy, Social Justice and Rule of Law;
PROUD of our ethnic, cultural and religious diversity, and determined to live in peace and unity
as one indivisible Democratic party;
COMMITTED to creating better Devolved units and a better Kenya for current and
future regenerations;
DRIVEN by the desire to promote, protect and implement The Constitution of the
Republic of Kenya;
EXERCISING our sovereign and inalienable rights to determine the form of governance of our
party and having participated fully in the making of this constitution;
RESOLVE to form an inclusive, national, democratic, transparent and accountable
political party to pursue the hopes, dreams and aspirations of the people of the great
Republic of Kenya;
HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT and give this Constitution to ourselves and to our future
